Belgium midfielder Kevin de Bruyne has debunked reports that he wants to retire from football after Euro 2024.

In a chat with The Mirror, the Manchester City star stated that he still has more time to play for both club and country.

“I haven’t really thought about whether this is the end of my international career,” De Bruyne told the media (via Mirror).

“I don’t like thinking about when I am retiring or my future. I have not decided when I’m going to finish.”

He added: “I have been playing in this team for ten years and I have a lot of knowledge to pass on to the younger players but honestly, I have not decided when I am going to finish.”
