1.  How do I register?

• Click on the register button on the right corner of your device
• Input your mobile number to receive an OTP
• Enter the OTP, create a 4-digit pin, confirm your pin.
• Click on Register.

2. What is the minimum age for betting?

• The minimum age for betting is 18 and above.

3. Does it cost money to register?

• No. it’s completely free of charge.

4. Can I change my username?

• Unfortunately, not; the username you have chosen during the registration process cannot be changed once you have created your BetCorrect account.
  

5. How do I retrieve my password?

• To retrieve your password, please click on “Forgot Password?” in the login page.
  
• If you have forgotten your username, please contact us.

6. How to deposit on BetCorrect?
   

• Click on deposit on the right corner of your device.
  
• Select your payment method
  
• Enter your desired deposit amount
  
• Click on deposit
  

7. What is the Minimum/ Maximum deposit?

• The minimum deposit is N100.
  
• Maximum has no limit. (Open to as much as possible).
  

8. How to place a bet?
   

• To place a bet simply choose a sport type (soccer, tennis, basketball, etc) select the specific leagues, select your chosen event, click on the chosen odds and enter the amount you wish to bet with in the coupon on the right-hand menu, then confirm your bet.
  
• You can place different kinds of bets: singles, multiples and system (combined) bets.
  

9. How to withdraw?
   

• To withdraw your winnings, click on the account icon.
  
• Enter the desirable amount to withdraw
  
• Click on “Withdraw”. Your winnings will be immediately sent to your Bank account after your confirmation.
  

10. What is the Minimum/Maximum withdrawal?
    

• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is one hundred Naira (₦100).
  
• Maximum daily payout/withdrawal is Fifteen Million Naira (₦15,000,000).
  

11. How long does a withdrawal take?
    

• Withdrawals are paid instantly. However,  an amount from ₦250,000 and above will require you to fill our KYC Form.
  

12. How many selections can I add to my bet slip?
    

• The maximum number of selections you can add to your bet slip is 45.
  

13. What is the Maximum payout?
    

• The Maximum Payout per Bet is NGN ₦50,000,000.
  

14. Is there a fee for withdrawal?
    

• No fee is required. 
  

15. How to do KYC verification?
    

• The company shall obtain and verify the identity of each customer before establishing a business, relationship or conducting any transactions.
  
• The information collected shall include the customer’s name, address, date of birth, and government-issued identification documents such as a passport, driver’s license, or National Identity Card.
